UNFPA FGM HACKLABS 2022

Startinev hosted the 2022 UNFPA FGM Innovation Hacklab competition in support of ending female genital mutilation (FGM) in Africa. The hacklab provided a platform for young innovators to share their ideas and solutions to fast track the ending of FGM across the continent.

Techstars Startup weekend Nairobi has brought together 300 participants together and has seen the rise of 16 successful startups creating change in Africa and beyond.

Nairobi Startup Week by Juliani

Startinev was in charge of connecting and working with startups for the first-ever Nairobi Startup Week. The event was led by Juliani, a well-known African entrepreneur, innovator, and performer. Over 100 startups came together to show their new ideas and 5000 people came to visit over the course of 4 days.

The ROOM is a place for talented people with unique skills to come together and help shape the future.
