UNFPA FGM HACKLABS

Startinev hosted the 2022 UNFPA FGM Innovation Hacklab competition in support of ending female genital mutilation (FGM) in Africa. The hacklab provided a platform for young innovators to share their ideas and solutions to fast track the ending of FGM across the continent. With the support of over 100 innovation incubation and accelerator hubs, the hacklab received over 300 submissions from individuals committed to achieving bodily autonomy and ending FGM. Startinev's support and involvement in this event highlights the company's commitment to promoting social good and driving positive change in communities across Africa.
